Strong and Stable Shoulders
We've been practicing Shoulder Stabilization in classes for a few weeks now. The series of movements I have been teaching are listed towards the end of the article.
I love the feeling of strength and stability I get in plank when I follow her advice. That and a bit of conscious leg activation and I could hold the pose for hours (exaggeration!) but it feels like it ;0)
