Little things mean a lot...awareness of subtler muscle movement and engagement make the difference between struggling with an Asana and enjoying exploring an Asana.
This week we're going to learn more about shoulders and upper back muscles and how to increase strength and freedom of movement in those areas. We'll then add what we have learned to our Asana practice.
